Illegal Ops

I keep getting problems when I browse through the boards here, every so often I get an illegal operation when loading up a WSB page and get my browser closed, it seems to be random. What's the deal with that does anyone know?

What sometimes happens to me is when i post a message and i return to the forum i've gone back in time to before the message was even posted! It happens on Soccernet too and i have to refresh the page every time.
